Monday, February 9, 2026 10:12:24 AM All, Please see the schedule for updated playoff games and times. Seeds are plugged in and games will begin this Wednesday at 6pm. Girls games will be wrapped up on 2/15, and boys will be wrapped up the following weekend.* * Crossing this bridge once we see who the final 4 is for boys, but I am aware of the Minersville tournament that may affect some players and coaches that make the boys final 4. As you see on the schedule, the boys semis and championship are tentatively scheduled for the weekend of 2/21,2/22. If conflicts do arise, please keep next Wednesday 2/18 open on your schedules, as we will have the boys semis and championship on Wednesday 2/18 if needed to avoid any potential scheduling conflicts. Good luck to all in the playoffs!!
Tuesday, February 3, 2026 3:03:13 PM Hello all! We are wrapping up the season here in a few weeks and inching toward the playoffs. Thank you all for a great season! Please see the updated schedule as the playoff games have been added. Teams will be plugged into games after this week once the seeding is decided. I am fully aware of the Tamaqua and Minersville tournaments that may affect some players, coaches and teams in this league. I am doing everything in my power to accommodate where I can to ensure there is no overlap. The girls' playoffs will be fully completed by 2/15, so there is no overlap there with the hoops on the hill or Minersville tourneys. However, I TENTATIVELY have scheduled the boys final 4 and championship games for the weekend of 2/21-2/22. We can cross this bridge when we get there with those 4 teams, but I am flexible and can move those games to some point during the week so that we don't hit that weekend when the Minersville tournament takes place, If there are players and teams still playing in our playoffs that are scheduled to play in that tournament. Most likely Wednesday Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns regarding the playoff schedule. Thanks! Brandon
Wednesday, January 21, 2026 2:46:22 PM Hello all!! See additional stalling rule added to the 3/4 rules below. Additional ‘Stalling’ rule: Besides crossing half court, teams have an additional 10 seconds to pass the volleyball line and continue the game flow. Since defense cannot extend beyond the volleyball line, this would equate fair play and game strategy. Failure to cross the volleyball line within 10 seconds and continue the game will result in the opponent's possession of the ball. ‘Continue the game flow’ is described as the offense attacking the basket and trying to score - NOT passing the ball back out to beyond the volleyball line, thus stalling an additional 10 seconds (aka ‘freezing’ the ball/possession). Thank you all!! Brandon
